Peggy Puetz

Peggy is the Vice President of Operations & Human Resources for Gates Capital Management. In this role, she works closely with the family’s Education Committee, Housing Advisory Committee and coordinates the Gates Capital Management, LLC Annual Conference. In addition to these roles, she manages the operations of the office, manages the human resources functions and oversees the risk management and insurance program for all of the Gates Family operating entities. Peggy has been with Gates Capital Management since October 1996. Peggy lives in Colorado, is married, has four children and four grandchildren.

Peggy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, graduating Suma Cum Laude from Regis University.
